Prior to founding TA, Nathan worked as an associate at the Phoenix firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A.  Nathan has varied litigation and appellate experience, including partnership disputes, election law, and constitutional claims.  Nathan has also advised employers, educational institutions, and fraternal organizations about legal issues related to the LGBT community. Nathan is a member of Sigma Phi Beta Fraternity and previously served as the Fraternity's National President.
